Beauty and the Beast Bridal Shower

As a graphic designer, it is really important to me to get out from behind my desk and get my hands dirty. I am passionate about designing experiences from start to finish. This project was done under the umbrella of our internal Branding Events Team, and highlights my technical abilities and diverse skill sets. At the end of the day, the most important part of these sorts of projects is that the guest of honor feels happy and loved. To achieve this, I carefully craft each event and customize everything from the location to the food. This small tea party was greatly successful, and the most personally fulfilling, as it incorporated the most unique use of substrates and design elements. I began this project by tracing some line art to make it scalable to a 10' glass wall. Once the artwork was completed and colored, I printed it on clear static cling to protect the windows and maximize the surrounding light that flows into the room. After installation was complete, it was time to surprise the bride with her fairytale shower!
