


The holidays are an important time to gather and reflect as a community. Each year, Branding hosts a holiday party and celebrates the trials and triumphs with silly games and delicious food. 2019 was a big year for the team with lots of new hires and milestones, so this year our focus was to break away from the tired patterns and refresh traditions. To reset our creativity, we turned the process around and began concepts for the decor prior to designing artwork for the event. While this felt a bit backwards for us, it helped us develop graphical elements that were fully tailored to our building's holiday look and feel. It was important to me as the senior designer to make sure that the entire team enjoyed the event and felt a sense of home in Branding. Pictured below is a large sample of the printed collateral for the event, including (our Branding staple) bingo cards, gift card holders, invitation and itinerary, and ballot cards (for the all important cookie contest), as well as a quick snapshot of some decor.
