Branding Virtual Holiday Party
The annual holiday party is a big part of our department culture, but 2020 was 2020, so we had to adapt. It was an exciting and exhausting time trying to navigate an entire new set of processes, not knowing how long we would need them, or even if they would be successful long term. To make things more familiar for the team, we stuck to our classic party tropes. This deliberate decision felt like backpedaling, as I aim to make as many improvements as I can from event to event, but ended up being the right choice for our team at the time. I was able to create a bingo template that was interactive so the team could play virtually, and made it available for them to download after, as many were having zoom holiday parties with their families.
